Something that touched me: Continuing along the line of paradox (see yesterday's post), it's so easy sometimes to mentally nod your head to ideas and theories that you feel that you are a part of. However, the defining factor is not how well you say it, but how well you do it! I was moved by the post on Earth Day entitled "Moses and Reiki, where the author describes her Earth Day activities this year in a very earthy fashion--planting. Sometimes, we all need to go to ground in a very real way, dig your hands into the earth, and not think at all.
Review: Have you ever met a person who just exudes healing energy? Perhaps their mannerisms or speech or eyes just draw you in, relax you and calm you. Perhaps they make you aware of some inner turmoil that you have sitting on the edge of your heart ready to make your eyes all teary. This blog smells like flowers and seems to send out healing energy from the moment it appears on your screen. And no wonder, this blog is all about Holistic Healing, Spirituality, Empowerment and Wellness. The author, Phylameana Lila Desy operates a healing based practice specializing in Reiki, Chakra Balancing and Flower Essences.
The wonderful thing about her writing is the comfortable feel. She ties in the homey items that we all know and love, like planting and Father's day and subtly takes you on a journey from the story at her home, to the story at your home. This blog is about feeling, so plan on opening up a bit when you venture to Spiral Visions. Very nice place to visit after a long day in the corporate world. Thank you Phylameana!
